我人是在北京,平时做一些代购的小生意(刚开始做好多东西都不太懂),一般都是国内有客户要什么货后告诉我,我再通过搜索找到比较便宜的网店购买,从6月份我找到了这家网站(www.supplementmarket.com)觉得这家网站卖的有些东西价格比较合适就开始从这家网站购物,第一次买了$375.82的东西,网站很快就把东西发了出来,东西质量也没问题,后来又陆续买了几次,发货速度都很快,服务也都不错,一直到这次不知道为什么一直没有发货,以下是详细情况.
1,7月29日我在网上下了定单共$537.95,并用国内信用卡支付了货款.(以前都是用的这张信用卡)很快我的邮箱就收到了定单确认邮件(跟以前没什么不同)这个邮件里详细地列出我定的产品和我的收货地址,帐单地址和付款方式.
2,第二天我在这个网站登陆帐号后发现这个定单状态还是未发货,当时也没有多想,因为有时拖个1-2天很正常,以后的几天一直都是显示未发货,一直到8月6号,我在这个网站登陆我的帐号后发现定单状态里显示我没有定单(You have not yet made any purchases.),(以前会显示我每次定单的详细资料)我发现这个情况后就给网站发了一封邮件(Please let me know why I haven't receive the products with order No. of 34481 yet, and I cannot find out my order info in the website.)没有回,7,8,9号又发了三遍,9号终于给我回了信(Hi,
